Question by Catita: Where is a good place to live for a between jobs mathematician in New York city!?
It is hard to find a place to live for a mathematician who is between jobs in New York city. I am scared of voilence and I am small. I am a vegetarian who loves food and coffee. My brain needs a peaceful environment. I also need to do my daily run. I also want some friends who can run with me in the central park and mingle with coffee. Who can give me some pointers where to live in the city. Thanks in advance!

I may not be able to tell you where to live, but I can tell you where to dine!
Check out the list of great vegetarian restaurants on VegDining.com. Their New York City list has recently been updated.
Many of these restaurants have been reviewed by people who have been there, and have sampled their food and the kind of service they offer.

Good luck finding a great vegetarian dining (and coffee-drinking!) experience in the Big Apple!
