Question by dstorM: Where is a culturally diverse city with a mild temperature in the southwestern U.S.?
My husband and I want to relocate to a different part of the U.S. We are thinking the AZ, NM, CO, or the pacific NW and wouldn’t be completely opposed to CA. We live in Virginia now and would like a mild climate city that is culturally diverse with many entertainment options, not ridiculous in the price of living, and has or close to a major airport. We are both in the medical field so not too worried about the job market. Any ideas would be great!

Zona & New Mex can be way too HOT!
CO can be way too COLD!
Consider the San Diego Area or the greater Los Angeles Metro Area.
Sometimes it can get a little hot here in SoCal in the Summer though.
Consider Northern California. It’s hardly ever too hot or too cold.
Central Cal is nice. (Pismo Beach/San Luis Obisbo)
Monterey is really nice.
Have you done any research around the Oregon Border?
Portland has a very nice Quality of life! It rains a lot, though.
Cost of living is not too high.
I hope I helped you & gave some good ideas.
