    The stimulus for jobs should come from the state and local governments, not the federal.

    Here’s your answer –but you won’t like it. None of them.

    Check your Constitution. The President is NOT given the power to create jobs, control prices, or health care costs. I’m not sure what you are referring to with the etc, that’s a pretty broad area.

    You are asking if the President can do something in areas where he really has no power. Look to Congress first. But remember all the things you were specific about are economy driven. They can’t balance a budget. Do you really want them messing with the economy?

    Speaking as another upstate New Yorker, it’s pretty obvious that Hillary hasn’t done much as a senator, so don’t look for help there.

    The problem here is state government and the taxes that go with it.
