Question by Michael S: Do employers care how far away an applicant lives?
I am applying for jobs in Albany NY. I am looking to relocate to somewhere the cost of living is low enough for me to attend school and have my own apartment. Do employers care that I currently live in the Boston Area.

    no, employers doesn’t care how near or far you live, it will all depend on your work performance.

    Some employers do care about location, but all they really want is that you come to work on time. If you can do that, it doesn’t matter how near or far you live.
