    Good, but if that bed needs rails…In the test they? HAVE to be up before you turn them over..Or else the patient falls.

    IIn an acute care hospital, every day or as needed… In a skilled nursing facility, when they take their bath/shower, which is usually twice a weed or? when requested, patient’s choice. The same holds true with acute care in regard to patient request/choice.
