Question by bballa211: Is Risk Management/Risk Analysts a stressful career? Quality of Life?
I was thinking about doing either Actuarial Science or a Finance degree to work in the Risk Management field. I have heard actuaries have a very low stress work environment, but what about Risk analysts? Long hours? Quality of Life?

Medical Coding and Risk Management are the most stressfree jobs in our economy.
There are no long hours and the quality of life is the same as any other career.
Everyday we live on this earth, we live with risk.. When you go to bed at night, you take a risk. When you drive to work, you take a risk.. The job in risk management is to minimize risk..
I worked for PLINC & PLINCO “Pennsylvania Life Insurance Company in Raleigh, NC during Hurricane FLOYD & FRANCES: Both Plinc, and Plinco agreed to pay all claims: You see there was not a major hurricane in North Carolina since Hurricane Camille in 1969 and the company had enjoyed 25 years of NIGGERS insurance premiums: PLINQ and PLINQO had in reserves 10 Billion dollars of cash. After they paid all the claims, 3 BILLION DOLLARS, they merged and became the biggest insurance company on the East coast: So, what I am saying to you is that the risk was minimal for PLINQ and PLINCO: It is so funny, they hired all minorities to handle the claims… Six Forks Road
