The average salary depends on a lot of factors, the location of the job, the size of the company, etc. Online salary surveys are available at http://www.norrielaw.com/resources/Financial-Property.shtml#linkAssets10
The Bureau of Labor Statistics publishes the Occupational Outlook Handbook which includes info about pharmacists http://www.bls.gov/ooh/healthcare/pharmacists.htm
