go to the hospital, they will see you no matter what and can atleast hear the heart beat and check your blood give you advice, then when you get your medical card it will pay all bills you have in the past like three months so it will be ok, just plan a day and go in and explain they will help you have peace of mind ok.

Unless you have current medical issues that require medication changes, it’s not a big deal. You can certainly go to the ER, but otherwise, but you WILL be held responsible for the bill. Las Vegas has a HUGE list of people getting onto Medicaid due to job losses, so it’s not a surprise it is taking a long time.

In the meantime, there are at least 5 free clinics in Las Vegas.

Most clinics will give you 1 visit while it is pending. Most states have a law protecting pregnant moms. Meanwhile, call the worker you filed w or the dss dept and find out why you aren’t covered yet. They have a job to do and they have 30 days to comply. Then call your Governor’s office and ask for human resources( the person in charge of social services). And, visit your local er.
