I’ve just found out, you can, if you don’t have really serious and heavy
heartburn problems, control but not solve, this issue with a special
swallow technique. It totally works for me. I don’t have heartburn anymore
or just for a few minutes. I need no medicine, pills or other things to let
the hurtburn end. Just the position of the stomach and the larynx is
important and how you swallow and how you burp. Leaning your back on
something is making a difference too. sitting straight or lying horizontal,
    too.
you just have to be sensitive for those things and you will find out on
    your own. trust me.?
you have to look at the body as a pressure system. this knowledge does
also help a bit when you are a smoker and or if you have problems with
headaches. but you should quit smoking as quick as possible. Your body is
telling you, that you have to change something.
If you are not really sick, DON’T Take pills or other stuff to get rid of
    this problem.choose a healthier way.?

  14. Joker13621 says:

heres something i learned a recently like before i even watched this video
your gut, is your second brain. literally you arew aht you eat and drink
just like you are who you watch and listen to. whatever you put into your
body is what you become we are like a living sponge, we are more a colony
or farm of bacterias than we are actual cells.

I was STILL diagnosed with diverticulosis when I was 37 after a
colonoscopy, I had always ate 25-30 grams of fiber a day plus supplemented
that with an aloe vera supplement from my early 20’s so I do not agree with
his statement on that at all but some of his points are valid IMO

  16. Kenneth Byrne says:

Anyone that is familiar with psyche truth knows that they steer clear of
recommending Rx meds and big pharma dependency. What you will find here is
good advice on how to take care of yourself without depending on Rx’s. That
being said, diet is paramount here. What do you want instead; a list of Rx
medications that can alleviate your poor choices in diet? Eat right, learn
what works for you and what doesn’t, take care of your body and avoid these
issues altogether. Case closed. Great job Corrina!

  17. TheBeebopper says:

get rid of laundry detergents with phosphates.

  18. Joseph1NJ says:

The answer is maybe. Blending is really just mechanical breakdown, not much
different than chewing. There 2 concerns: 1- possible infection, eColi,
salmonella, other bacteria, etc., from raw foods, even organic. 2- proper
digestion from uncooked foods, especially tough fibrosis veggies. Some
foods cannot be properly digested raw & you’d be missing out on some of the
nutrients. Not a big of raw veggies myself, wouldn’t want them to just pass
through w/out getting as many nutrients as I can.

  19. 53muse says:

For about 7 years now my son has had severe stomach pain, nausea,
dehydration and is 50 lbs underweight. No doctor has been able to diagnose
his problem other than acid reflux. I have been trying to feed him healthy
food like kefir, water with electrolytes and trying to stay away from GMO
foods, but nothing seems help. Do you have any suggestions?

  20. Krystle Schulz says:

Also avoid allergens if you have allergies. I know that usually goes
without saying but some people don’t realize there is more they can do. For
example eat 1-2 tsp./day of raw honey cultivated within 100 miles of your
home to help with seasonal allergies. If you have a problem with pets, keep
them out of the bedroom, as well as all clothes that have come in contact
with them. Wash your hands after petting. At other homes with pets, wash
your hands often and change clothes when you get home.

  21. Joseph1NJ says:

Not at all, go ahead and take the probiotic, they’re perfectly safe.
Remember, they work by adding friendly bacteria to you lower GI track. The
only thing is you might have to experiment to find one that works for you.
You’ll know it when it does. If I may, try a brand called “PB8” (veggie).
They’re inexpensive, available all over, and work great.

No offense spanky, you’ve completely missed the point, & failed to add
anything to this discussion. Next time, take your “case” elsewhere!
