I am applying for CNA jobs in Seattle. Does anyone know where I can get the best wages? Thanks so much! Also, based on your experience, where do you think is the best place to work?

Usually hospitals pay best, then home health, then nursing homes. As for “best” place to work, that totally depends on the person. Some people really hate working in nursing homes. Some people really hate working in hospitals. There is no right or wrong – it’s all about personal preference.

  1. Steve M says:

Very very few hospitals hire CNA’s anymore.
There has been a strong movement away from CNA’s at hospitals; they only hire RN’s

The dirtiest jobs (mental health/hospice) and the temp jobs are going to pay the best. But they will be the least enjoyable.
